LPG has the lowest carbon emissions of fossil fuels and gives off approximately 20% less CO2 per KWH than oil. Due to this more and more homes are now moving towards LPG in favour over oil.
LPG can be stored in portable cylinders as well as in bulk storage vessels above or below ground. Where space is at a premium, cylinders are the most suitable option. This is because they are available in a range of sizes to suit. For central heating of larger premises, however, a bulk vessel would be more beneficial.
